Don Papa is a sensationally fruity rum distilled in the Philippines using sustainably sourced sugar cane from the Filipino island of Negros (also known as Sugarlandia). This small batch rum is then matured in American oak casks for seven years for a flavour-packed sip with exceptional depth of flavour. Don Papa is named for Papa Isio, leader of Negros during the Filipino Revolution and national hero. It also marks a revolution in the development of Filipino rum. This rum is a beautiful blend of vanilla, crystalised fruits, toffee and island spices. Perfect Serve – Mix with apple juice and a dash of freshly squeezed lemon juice.
